I'm always down at Town Lake , so I'm definitely into trail running. I also do track workouts sometimes and would love to find someone who could be into that. I'm easy-going , happy , and enjoy a good workout. I'm up for bike rides , throwing a frisbee , calisthenic-type workouts , and anything that accelerates the heart rate. :-)
